Third Culture Comms is a Washington D.C.-area strategic communications consultancy for senior executives, international organizations, and policy voices. The firm was founded by Yasmine Djellal, a strategic communications advisor with 18+ years inside the World Bank Group and the international development sector, including senior communications roles supporting programs across Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
