Founded in 2023 by Yasmine Djellal, the firm advises multilateral institutions, foundations, governments, NGOs, think tanks, and mission-driven businesses across international affairs and international development. Yasmine Djellal is a strategic communications advisor and the Founder & Principal of Third Culture Comms, with 18+ years inside the World Bank Group and the international development sector. She held senior communications roles at the World Bank Group, including in the Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and served as Director of Communications at Nathan Associates and at The Cadmus Group. She advises in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.

The firm offers four engagements: Strategic Communications Counsel, Narrative Architecture, Executive Communications, and Research & Insights. Third Culture Comms is an SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business with an active SAM.gov registration, and publishes The Narrative Power Project, an ongoing essay series on how power moves through language, institutions, and story in the multipolar era.
