Yasmine Djellal is a strategic communications advisor and the Founder & Principal of Third Culture Comms, with 18+ years inside the World Bank Group and the international development sector. At the World Bank Group she held senior communications roles at the highest levels of institutional leadership, building strategy across Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East. She then served as Director of Communications at Nathan Associates and at The Cadmus Group.
She writes The Narrative Power Project, an ongoing series of essays on how power moves through language, institutions, and story in the multipolar era. She advises in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish as genuine working registers, not translation exercises.
